T Brown Group are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber/Dwellings Engineer to join our Peabody & Enfield Commercial team

Basic: Basic earning up to £16.50 per hour/circa £38,610 per Annum

PLUS

Additional incentivised payment scheme:

  • Weekday Overtime Rate of Time + ¼
  • Weekend Overtime Rate of Time + ½
  • OTS offerings in Excess of £50,000 per Annum
  • 33 days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays)

What will you be doing?

As part of our commercial maintenance team, our Commercial Plumber / Dwellings Engineers will be expected to provide comprehensive management of communal water distribution systems in commercial dwellings.

The successful candidate will be able to diagnose faults, source parts and carry out repairs in a professional manner and to a high standard in accordance with the current regulations / legislation.

What do you need?

  • City &Guilds level 2&3 plumbing.
  • Formal Water Regulations training
  • Certificate of Asbestos Awareness Training
  • Certificate of Training Achievement for Working at Height, Manual Handling, First Aid (1-Day), or other.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Excellent knowledge of communal plumbing
  • Excellent working knowledge of hot and cold-water distribution services
  • Good knowledge of communal heating plant
