An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator/Secretary to join an established Accountants and Business Advisors at their office based in the southside of Glasgow.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- First point of contact for reception and telephone enquiries
- Dealing with mail and email correspondence
- Diary Management
- Drafting letters, fees and emails using templates
- All necessary administration tasks
Skill criteria:
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook – Microsoft Office 365
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication, customer service and client relationship-building
- Teamworking
- Organisation and time management
