With a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering high-quality projects, we are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of interior fit-out projects.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee and manage the execution of our interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out projects.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workforce.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure all works meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports and logs.
- Health & Safety
- Ensure a safe working environment and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients on-site.
- Address and resolve any site issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and methods.
- Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., NVQ, SMSTS, CSCS).
- Health and Safety certifications are an advantage (e.g., First Aid, NEBOSH).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is desirable.
