NEBULA is the in-house content and creative production studio at SYZYGY London. Born from a desire to support our clients beyond only channel activation, and further into creative asset design and copywriting, NEBULA was developed to fill this gap. From a footing in performance marketing, NEBULA produces quality content which is built to perform. Equally, NEBULA offers creative and content support, which integrates seamlessly into a performance‐led marketing team and approach, meaning we offer end‐to‐end support, removing the traditional disconnect between a creative agency and a media agency.

Since its inception, NEBULA has become one of the fastest growing and most lucrative teams within the agency. The subsequent client portfolio which has developed spans multiple content types, activation channels and client industry sectors.

Facilitate Client Communications: Act as a key point of contact for project delivery statuses and client communications, ensuring professionalism and clear updates to the wider team.

Ensure Brand Consistency: Meticulously review content to ensure every piece aligns with our clients\’ tone of voice and brand guidelines, learning from feedback to prevent recurring issues, and always putting yourself in the clients\’ shoes and considering the ultimate performance of our content once posted.

Collaborate Cross‐functionally: Work closely with our CS, SEO, UX, and CRM teams to ensure we have integrated content strategies and deliverables, learning from their insights and contributing to a cohesive approach.

Project Coordination: Support the Content Manager by coordinating content elements, managing timelines, and helping to keep projects on track from scoping through to delivery.

Identify & Escalate Issues: Proactively identify potential issues within content workflows or deliverables, reporting them promptly to the Content Manager and contributing to solutions.

Highly Organised: You possess excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple content workflows and project management tickets simultaneously and maintain your own personal meticulous notes.

Detail‐Oriented: Your keen eye for detail allows you to spot copywriting inconsistencies, grammatical errors, and ensure all content is polished and precise.

Personable & Professional: You are articulate and composed, able to facilitate client communications effectively and represent the agency professionally.

SEO & LLM Awareness: You have a foundational understanding of SEO principles and LLM\’s and how they relate to web content.
