SYZO is an HMO lettings and management company with its own in-house maintenance team. We started in Plymouth running our own portfolio, and today we manage shared homes for professional portfolio landlords in Plymouth, Newquay, Gloucester and Bristol, with Leeds coming on board. We still run like a startup: small team, directors close to the work, quick decisions. CoHo runs our properties, Parrot automates lettings and viewings, and AI tools take the admin off our plates so we spend our time on people and houses.
You'll be the face of SYZO in Gloucester and Bristol. The role is modelled on our Community Manager in Plymouth, where residents book rooms because of the person showing them round, and past residents come back. You'll own the resident journey from first viewing to move-out.
