We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Booking Administrator to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover Bristol. As a Bookings Administrator, you will provide outstanding client care when booking clients' vehicles into our workshop, this is a vital link between our clients and the retailer. You will inform clients of the timescales for booking their vehicles in, taking care to note all information that is relevant to making the booking, so that it meets the needs of the client and the business. You will liaise with the Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers to resolve any client concerns in relation to their bookings. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first; you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

Sytner Service Administrators work a variety of flexible patterns, this role is a part-time role based on 26 hours per week, ideally worked over five days but we are open to discussions.

Don’t worry if you do not have previous experience, we want applications from individuals with a willingness to learn and progress. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Jaguar Land Rover to support your career. Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
