An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our team at Mercedes Benz of Sunderland as a Parts Manager.
As Mercedes Benz Parts Manager, you will lead a fantastic team dedicated to delighting our customers and getting it right the first time. Your responsibilities will include managing stock, maximizing profitability and efficiency of the department, coordinating with workshops and sales teams, and selling directly to the public.
This is a full-time role, which may include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest levels of service.
About you
Previous experience within the motor industry in a similar role is essential, including experience in analyzing and controlling KPIs and budgets.
Ideally, you will be highly motivated, with a clear understanding of stock control, parts administration, systems, and profitability.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. A good knowledge of Kerridge is desirable.
Candidates must have management or supervisory experience in an Aftersales department as a minimum requirement.
