About the role
Sytner Group is looking for a motivated and committed Parts Advisor to join our Team at Bentley/Lamborghini and Ferrari/Maserati in Edinburgh. As a Sytner Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a ‘One Team’ approach, and communicate effectively with both internal and external Customers and suppliers. You will ensure that all parts enquiries are dealt with promptly and that you support and assist colleagues and Customers with accurate parts identification and that you are able to drive parts sales through our busy workshop and to our external Customers. You will also ensure that the parts stock is well maintained and stock levels are managed by taking responsibility for the ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. Sytner Parts Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About you
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be IT literate. High levels of organisation and attention to detail are required for this role. Fantastic communication skills and Customer-facing experience are essential as you will be talking to Customers both face to face and over the phone. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent Customer service and has the ability to give best advice on our products and services to our Customers.
