About The Role
We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Graypaul Maserati Birmingham.
As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep the customer updated at every stage, and liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure timely completion. Additionally, you will offer expert advice on our products and services.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You\’ll take the time to build genuine rapport, understand customer needs, and deliver high levels of satisfaction.
Sytner Service Advisors work flexible schedules, often including weekends, to provide the best service to our customers.
About You
We are seeking individuals who are already experienced Service Advisors, eager to progress. Training is provided through our dedicated Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses by Maserati to support your career growth.
Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service background. Knowledge of Kerridge system is advantageous but not essential. Candidates must have prior Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry.
