Responsibilities include: Leading a team to deliver excellent customer service and first-time fixes. Overseeing productivity and efficiency of the Bodyshop department. Handling customer interactions, both internal and external. Ensuring a safe, friendly, and clean working environment with state-of-the-art facilities. Full-time role, potentially including weekends to maintain high service levels. About You You should have: Experience in running a Bodyshop and managing insurance claims, with a similar position in the motor industry. Sales-focused mindset, with excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner. Audatex and VDA accreditation. Knowledge of Audatex Enterprise and E.M.A.C.S. would be advantageous.
