We're looking for a customer focused Aftersales Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the role

You'll be at the heart of our Aftersales operation, managing inbound and outbound service booking calls and ensuring every customer enjoys a professional and efficient journey. From scheduling appointments to providing clear, helpful information, you'll make every interaction count. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing service leads generated through the myAudi app and connected car technologies
  • Driving high-quality bookings via platforms like Motability, 1link, online booking systems, and digital enquiries
  • Supporting our Service Advisors and Hosts in the reception area
  • Handling pre-calls, customer updates, invoicing, and post-visit feedback
  • Assisting with our Fast Track Programmes and maintaining contact throughout the workshop visit
  • Supporting the dealership with telephony processes

Full training will be provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team, as well as manufacturer training from Audi.

About you:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
  • A background in customer service, ideally in a busy or call-handling environment
  • Experience with Kerridge would be an advantage (but not essential)
