In this vital role, you will work closely with various teams, applying your analytical skills to gather evidence, analyse data, and present your findings in a clear, concise manner. Responsibilities:
- Conduct examinations using Forensic Tools including Cellebrite Touch/4PC, Cellebrite Physical Analyser, MSAB XRY, MSAB XAMN, Forensic Tool Kit, Magnet AXIOM, X-Ways, Griffeye Analyse & Semantics 21 LASERi-X.
- Analyse digital evidence from various sources including hard drives, mobile devices, and cloud storage.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and providing actionable recommendations.
- Conduct thorough forensic examination and analysis to recover data and identify vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary to assist in criminal investigations.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
- Train and mentor junior analysts and technicians in digital forensics methodologies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Forensics, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (desirable).
- Proven experience in digital forensics, information security, or a related role.
- Familiarity with forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, or similar software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CCFP, GCFE, or similar are highly desirable.
- Experience in legal procedures and understanding of various regulatory requirements.
- Experience of working with ISO 17025 is desirable.
