Context
The Senior Information Manager provides leadership in the management of asset information for major infrastructure projects. The role oversees the effective capture, quality assurance and proper utilisation of data within project information systems, supporting project teams in the delivery of high-quality information management solutions. With a focus on the design of High-Speed rail infrastructure, the role will also support other Product Lines in the UK and overseas, the post-holder will be part of SYSTRA’s broad portfolio of engineering and consulting projects, ensuring the adoption of best practices and supporting the company’s continued growth and innovation strategy.
Missions/Main Duties
- Responsible for implementing the verification and validation processes to govern compliance by the wider OOC supply chain with respect to their assignment of the correct Unique Asset Identifiers for all assets on the OOC project.
- Provide BBVS and HS2 the necessary assurance that UAID’s are correctly assigned and appropriately change controlled in that system on the OOC works.
- Facilitate the delivery, capture, and storage of Asset Information in accordance with Works Information and Subcontractor Works Information requirements.
- Review Asset Data Quality Reports, raise NCRs as required, and ensure subcontractors address non-conformances.
- Undertake regular site visits for asset information labelling quality assurance and verification; create and circulate asset information verification status reports.

- Create and deliver training programmes for users of asset information management systems (including ALIM), tailored to different audiences.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, report, and resolve issues relating to ALIM and its users.
- Develop supply chain performance metrics and reporting for audit purposes.
- Maintain professional skills and remain up-to-date with developments in information management.

- Relevant technical or vocational education, or substantial equivalent experience in a related field.
