Coordonnateurs SPS (H/F) niveau 1 ou niveau 2 – Site de Paris. Répartis sur l’ensemble du territoire national, vous serez rattaché(e) à la Direction Conseil Aménagement et Territoires, sur le site de Paris. Déplacement sur les chantiers de la région d'île-de-France.
Missions/Responsabilités
- Assurer la coordination en matière de Sécurité et de Protection de la Santé des travailleurs sur des chantiers faisant intervenir plusieurs prestataires, en application des lois et règlements en vigueur.
- Prévention des risques liés aux coactivités et mise en commun des moyens (infrastructure, logistique).
- Intervenir en phases Conception et Réalisation de projet.
En Phase Conception, Il/elle doit :
- Veiller à ce que les principes généraux de prévention soient pris en compte et mis en œuvre dans les choix architecturaux et techniques.
- Définir les sujétions afférentes à la mise en place du chantier.
- Elaborer le Plan Général de Coordination (PGC) lorsqu'il existe.
- Ouvrir et tenir le Registre Journal de Coordination (RJC).
- Constituer le Dossier d'Intervention Ultérieure sur l'Ouvrage (DIUO).
- Assurer le passage des consignes et la transmission des documents précités au coordonnateur de la phase réalisation de l'ouvrage lorsque celui-ci est différent.
En Phase Réalisation, Il/elle doit :
- Organiser entre les différentes entreprises la coordination de leurs activités simultanées ou successives.
- Tenir à jour le Registre Journal de Coordination.
- Veiller à l'application correcte des mesures de coordination qu'il a définies ainsi que des procédures de travail qui interfèrent.
- Tenir à jour et adapter le Plan Général de Coordination et veiller à son application.
- Mettre à jour le DIUO en fonction des modifications du projet.
- Tenir compte des contraintes liées à une activité d’exploitation à proximité du chantier.
- Présider le Collège Interentreprises de Sécurité, de protection de la Santé et d’amélioration des Conditions de Travail lorsqu'il existe (CISSCT).
- Prendre les dispositions nécessaires pour que seules les personnes autorisées puissent accéder au chantier.
Dans le cadre de sa mission, il/elle sera amené à :
- Rédiger des contrats de coordination SPS ou des lettres de missions.
- Participer aux réunions d’études et de chantier.
- Assurer des visites de contrôle de chantier.
Profil/Compétences
- Compétences Techniques : Formation : tous niveaux acceptés. Attestation de compétences suite à la formation spécifique SPS exigée. Parfaite connaissance de la réglementation. Connaissance des logiciels de bureautique Word et Excel.
- Qualités Personnelles : Esprit d’initiative, autonomie et rigueur. Capacité à communiquer et à travailler en équipe et en réseau.
