Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Analyst with a strong track record in supporting Workday Financials at a global level. This role will play a key part in optimising and supporting the recently implemented Workday Financials system across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business users to provide third-line support of Workday Financials worldwide
  • Evaluate and question proposed designs and business requirements to maintain consistent global standards across finance systems, while allowing for country-specific adjustments
  • Support new user training across international teams
  • Support Workday release reviews and testing
  • Deliver continuous improvements of Workday Financials

Requirements

  • Excellent proficiency in Workday Financials in a systems analyst or product owner capacity
  • Proven understanding of core finance processes in Workday across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report, experience of Travel and Expenses
  • Background working for financial services businesses
  • Experience of a large global programme involving significant business operational change
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
