We are seeking a Planning Analytics/TM1 Administrator for a 6-month contract to support our clients finance planning tool (IBM Planning Analytics).
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to users during the forecasting cycle, including application management, user onboarding, report assistance, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with FP&A and technical teams to drive improvements in the IBM Planning Analytics system.
- Partner with the development team to ensure timely updates to planning data and maintain system security protocols.
- Oversee system upgrades and enhancements, including testing and implementing changes based on feedback.
- Identify and adopt best practices to boost operational efficiency and improve data reliability.
Qualifications
Contract Duration: 6+ months
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of finance principles, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- IBM Planning Analytics development experience (V2.0 or higher), including:
- Server installation and system configuration
- Cube and application design
- TI processes and feeders
- Security and MDX knowledge
- Familiarity with REST API
- Project management experience in financial initiatives

Head office in London, but can be remote within the UK
