Our client, a large scale software company, is seeking a permanent NetSuite Technical Administrator to join their company on a permanent basis. The NetSuite Technical Administrator is responsible for the technical health, configuration, and continuous improvement of the client's NetSuite ERP and its connected ecosystem integrations platform that connects NetSuite to upstream contracting and downstream reporting systems.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day NetSuite administration: user management, role design, permissions, custom records and fields, forms, workflows, saved searches, dashboards
- Design, build, test, and deploy SuiteScript2.1
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities — automation, governance reduction, and user experience enhancements across the NetSuite footprint.
- Own the wider integration platform end-to-end: maintain existing flows, build new integrations between NetSuite and upstream / downstream systems, design error handling and reconciliation, and document integration architecture.
Requirements:
- 4-5 Years of NetSuite technical experience
- Proven experience of scripting (Suitescript2.1)
- Demonstrable experience owning or supporting an iPaaS integration platform (Celigo / Orbit, Boomi, Workato, or equivalent).
- Functional skills with NetSuite: workflows, saved searches, troubleshooting etc.
