We are seeking a OneStream Administrator to join a Global Business with headquarters in the UK. This individual will focus on the maintenance, enhancement, and development of the OneStream platform.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the architecture, design, and lead the deployment of future enhancements to the OneStream solution to meet the business requirements.
- Take full ownership of the administration and operation of the application, supporting the business's ongoing requirements.
- For enhancement projects, establish the requirements, milestones, and ensure successful project delivery in order to maximise value from the application.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to the business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in the OneStream platform to ensure our client remains at the forefront of technological innovation.
Skills required:
- Proven track record of successfully leading the administration and projects for enhancement of the OneStream application end to end.
- Extensive experience in financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across multiple geographical locations.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic growth environment.
Bonus points if you have:
- OneStream certification.
- Proficiency with Business rules, Calc Scripts.
- Hands-on knowledge with ERP applications such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, Netsuite, Dynamics 365, to name a few.
- Experience with SQL Server/Oracle databases.
- HFM, Hyperion background would be great.
