Finance Systems Analyst (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud)

£45,000 – 55,000 per annum

London (hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)

SystemsAccountants are currently working with a client to source a SAP S/4HANA Systems Analyst to join a leading organisation in its industry in London. Reporting to the Group Finance System Manager, the key purpose of this role is to ensure that their ERP is operationally running day-to-day as well as ensuring the controls in place to safeguard the system are correctly performed.

Role Responsibilities

• Business Process Automation: Develop and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) BOTS.
• System Access Rights/Authorizations: Streamline and manage system access rights and SOD controls across SAP tenants.
• Documentation and Presentation: Document high-level requirements, functional requirements, process documents, and solution design documents.
• Joiner/Leaver/Mover Process Management: Manage the process for SAP S/4 Hana Public Cloud & SAP Concur, ensuring accurate records for audit.
• Data Integrity: Resolve data-related differences between SAP S/4 Hana Public Cloud and other integrated systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships across the business to ensure appropriate attention to the team.
• Performance Reporting: Provide inputs to the manager relating to progress within the department and by measurement metrics.

Role Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience working in a system accounting role.
• Ideally, experience working with an ERP system, specifically SAP S/4 Hana Public Cloud and SAP Concur.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Managed system access rights/authorizations and SOD controls across the suite of SAP tenants, BTP/CPI and Cloud Identity Services.
• Work on resolving all data-related differences between SAP S/4 Hana Public Cloud and other group-wide integrated systems.
• Advanced Excel User: Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (BOTs): Knowledge of developing and maintaining RPA BOTS.
• French Speaking: Ability to communicate in French is desired but not a requirement.
• Experience in a Large/Public Listed Organization: Familiarity with the dynamics of large organizations.
• Proficient in Reporting and Data Analytics: Skill in generating and interpreting reports.
