As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key member of the team involved with a combination of the following, for a variety of different customers:· Overseeing Full Project Lifecycle· Responsible for the design, solution and quality assurance on delivery· Advise and design for optimisation· Supporting the functional team during the project lifecycle· Mentoring functional consultants and actively building a culture of sharing knowledge· Leading complex/large projects· Leading Functional Forums/Internal knowledge sharing meets/working· Assisting in Pre-Sales meetings and support as required.Skill set: A finance background is desirable (ACCA, ACA) 5+ years of experience leading within a NetSuite Partner or Vendor Experience delivering customisations within NetSuite: Workflows, saved searches, custom files and reports.Proven experience in leading end-to-end implementations for a range of clients. Experience utilising the most out of your functional team to best aid the client. Assisting with Sales Alignments, where required, to be able to clearly determine effort and scope of implementationGreat communication skills with a proven track record of managing stakeholders, sales conversations, and staying within decided deliverables.
