SystemsAccountants is partnering with a leading finance transformation consultancy to hire an experienced Senior / Principal OneStream Consultant. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role delivering full‑lifecycle OneStream projects across consolidation, planning, forecasting, ESG, lease accounting and wider EPM use cases. Joining this high‑growth OneStream partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering some of the most complex and rewarding OneStream programmes in the market. You’ll work directly with Finance, IT and C‑suite stakeholders, shaping solution design, leading workshops, building complex business rules, developing integrations, and guiding clients through deployment, go‑live and ongoing optimisation. What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end OneStream implementations from requirements and design through build, deployment and post‑go‑live support
- Develop business rules, calculations and automation using VB.NET/C#
- Build and troubleshoot integrations from ERPs, APIs and flat files
- Run workshops with Finance and IT to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Deliver best‑practice configuration, metadata, workflow and security design
- Support UAT, cutover, go‑live and performance tuning
- Provide admin training, documentation and knowledge transfer
- Contribute to pre‑sales demos, PoCs and RFP responses
- Mentor junior consultants and support internal best‑practice development

- Strong documentation, communication and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of SQL Server or similar relational/multidimensional databases
- OneStream certification(s) preferred
