NetSuite Administrator

Location: Remote

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 p.a.

Our SaaS NetSuite client is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to optimise their systems and take ownership of their broader technology landscape. This role plays a key part in bridging the gap between finance and IT, focusing on system administration, customisation, intergrations and process improvements. You will act as the primary liaison for system vendors and oversee the systems roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support, including saved searches, roles and permissions, dashboards, and reports.
• Customize and configure NetSuite to meet business needs, including scripting (SuiteScript), workflows, saved searches, and reports.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Ensure best practices is applied to ERP integrations from a NetSuite perspective.
• Strong understanding of core financial processes (P2P, R2R, O2C)
• Deliver effective user training and support adoption across teams.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and own the project roadmap.
• Scripting and configuration skills are highly desirable

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of NetSuite experience.
• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or SuiteScript for customization and automation
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and core finance processes (Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, CRM).
• Experience with saved searches, Customisation, reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong integration skills.
• Experience working in a global organisation.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Scripting experience would be a plus
