SystemsAccountants are partnering with a leading Technology business to source a Workday HCM Project Manager to lead a post go-live optimisation project. The role is critical to maximising the ROI on Workday HCM through continuous improvement, improving user adoption and strategic system enhancement.
The Role:
- Lead post-implementation optimisation projects to improve system performance, user experience, and business process efficiency
- Manage project plan, track decisions and ensure suitable project governance is in place to streamline project
- Identify and prioritize system enhancement opportunities based on business needs and ROI analysis
- Coordinate with technical teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
- Manage rollout of new modules, features, and integrations to expand system capabilities
- Partner with department heads and end-users to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Maintain momentum through stakeholder engagement, ensuring everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities and shares project statuses
- Coordinate with process owners to implement best practices and eliminate inefficiencies
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors, system integrators, and third-party consultants
About you:
- 5+ years of project management experience with enterprise software implementations
- Workday Finance PM experience (minimum 2 years)
- Demonstrated experience in post-implementation support and system optimisation
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM architecture, modules, and integration capabilities
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Knowledge of data migration, system integration, and business intelligence concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with all organisational levels
This role will require x2 days per week in the office (London). You must have valid UK RTW or be a UK citizen to be considered for this role.
