Our client is seeking an experienced Unit4 ERP (Agresso) specialist to take ownership of security and access management across key business applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to take on more responsibility, play a central role in system governance, and work on a wide pipeline of projects and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the design and maintenance of roles, permissions and security profiles within Unit4 ERP.
  • Manage segregation of duties and access compliance across multiple modules.
  • Provide Unit4 ERP 1st–3rd line support for application incidents and service requests.
  • Resolve or troubleshoot Unit4 related issues.
  • Collaborate with Finance Super Users and senior stakeholders to resolve issues and identify improvements.
  • Action business requirements and strategies into system upgrades.
  • Deliver user training and guidance to ensure best practice in system use.
  • Support ongoing projects, upgrades and new module implementations.

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years' hands‐on experience with Unit4 ERP (Agresso).
  • Experience providing technical support.
  • Background in Finance – either part/fully qualified (AAT, ACCA, FCCA etc.) or qualified by experience.
  • Strong experience of delivering or supporting Unit4 ERP projects.
  • SQL knowledge (desirable).
