This role is ideal for someone who combines strong finance systems expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills, and who enjoys driving continuous improvement across complex, global environments. As the Finance Systems Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation's financial systems, improving core processes, managing system performance, and overseeing the finance systems support desk. You will partner closely with finance, IT, and operational teams to ensure systems are reliable, well‐controlled, and aligned with business needs. Role ResponsibilitiesAnalyse finance processes and translate them into effective system solutions. Lead the finance systems support desk, resolving issues and managing incidents. Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable system improvements. RequirementsEssential – Experience working within the Real Estate or Data Centre industries. Essential – Hands‐on experience with Yardi or other Property Management Systems. Experience integrating third party applications such as SAP Concur, BlackLine, Board, Power BI, Fabric. Strong understanding of finance processes such as revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, and lease or asset management.
