Job Title: Lead Finance Analyst, FP&A

Location: London (3 days per week in office)

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + bonus + benefits

A fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth global fintech business as a Lead Finance Analyst in their FP&A function. This newly created role will support strategic financial planning, performance monitoring, and business decision-making across multiple international entities.

You\’ll report into the Head of FP&A, working cross-functionally with local teams and global stakeholders to drive value, automate processes, and enhance reporting capabilities as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with FP&A and country teams to deliver actionable insights
• Build, maintain and enhance financial models for planning, forecasting and scenario analysis
• Automate reporting processes and create dynamic dashboards for KPIs and performance metrics
• Support budgeting and reforecasting cycles across business units and geographies
• Deliver complex variance and sensitivity analysis to inform operational decisions
• Drive finance input into key projects including long-term planning, cost optimisation and system enhancements
• Collaborate with functions including Accounting, HR, Treasury, and Tech on finance initiatives
• Assist in building a scalable, flexible reporting infrastructure aligned to business growth
• Ensure high data integrity and consistency across models and outputs

About You

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with 2+ years’ PQE in FP&A or commercial finance roles
• Background in multinational or matrixed organisations preferred
• Advanced Excel user with strong modelling skills
• Experience using tools such as Workday, Adaptive Planning or similar
• Comfortable working with large datasets, building reporting tools, and supporting transformation
• Excellent attention to detail, with a commercial mindset and ability to see the big picture
• Proactive, organised and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Industry knowledge of insurance, fintech, or financial services would be advantageous
