About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's most recognisable brands as part of a major transformation programme focused on AI, automation and data-driven decision-making.
This role sits at the intersection of Finance and Technology, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams and external technology partners. Working within a highly capable Finance function, you will help drive the adoption of modern tools and improve the way Finance operates across the organisation.
You’ll play a key role in supporting AI initiatives, enhancing reporting capabilities and delivering process improvements across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AI and automation initiatives across Finance and the wider business.
- Drive the rollout and adoption of Power BI across 16 entities.
- Act as the bridge between Finance, Technology and third-party vendors.
- Support and enhance Dynamics 365 and Vena environments used for Group Consolidation and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Coordinate testing, user adoption and training activities.
- Manage relationships with external technology partners.
- Support project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and conduct proof-of-concept activities.
- Provide hands‑on support to business users and promote best practice.
Skills & Experience
We're interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
- Finance Systems
- Business Analysis
- Power BI and Reporting
- Dynamics 365 or EPM solutions
- Process Improvement
- Finance Transformation
- Automation and AI technologies
- Stakeholder Management
Exposure to tools such as Dynamics 365, Power BI, Vena, Power Platform or similar technologies would be highly advantageous.
