SystemsAccountants are assisting a London based Property firm that is expanding its Yardi real estate platform in the UK and seeks a Systems Analyst to provide first-line support. Reporting to the Business Applications Services Manager, the analyst will support 150 users across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user support and change requests via ServiceNow
- Document and gain approval for changes per audit standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents; liaise with Yardi support
- Support system enhancements, including new modules, APIs, and SFTP integrations
- Recommend and implement process improvements using Yardi Voyager
- Oversee user management, access control, onboarding, and training
- Stay current on Yardi updates and promote best practices
