We’re delighted to be supporting a leading global organisation as they seek a Change Manager with strong Workday expertise to join their team on a permanent basis. Following a recent global go-live of Workday Finance & HCM, the organisation is now focused on embedding user adoption, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the platform delivers maximum value across their international operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a change professional with proven Workday experience to take ownership of the post-implementation adoption journey. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring employees at all levels are confident and engaged with the platform, while helping the business realise the full benefits of Workday.
As their permanent Workday Change Manager, you will:
- Design and deliver the change and adoption strategy for Workday post go-live.
- Identify opportunities to increase system usage and address adoption gaps.
- Build and implement engaging communication, training, and enablement programmes to improve confidence and capability across global teams.
- Partner with Finance, HR and Technology stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and embed Workday best practices.
- Support the rollout of new Workday features and modules, ensuring change impacts are understood and well-managed.
- Develop clear and practical business change documentation, guides, and job aids.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and Finance leadership, embedding change management principles across wider transformation initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven Change Management experience of Workday Finance & HR post-go-live.
- Must have experience of working closely with finance stakeholders, and ideally a good understanding of finance processes.
- A track record of supporting post-go-live optimisation and driving user adoption of Workday or similar HR/Finance platforms.
- Hands-on expertise in Workday training, Learning & Development, including content design and delivery in continuous improvement environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a complex, global environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
- A collaborative, people-focused approach, confident engaging with teams across HR, Finance, and Technology.
