My client is a fastâscaling Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software provider, focused on delivering modern FP&A solutions to ambitious, fastâgrowing SMEs. They are now looking to add a driven and commercially sharp Account Executive to their UK team. The Opportunity:
In this role, you'll be responsible for winning new business and expanding the company's footprint across the UK and EMEA. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from initial qualification through to close, supported by a wellâestablished marketing engine and an active BDR team. You will work with finance leaders in rapidly growing SMEs who are looking to streamline FP&A, automate manual processes, and gain better control over reporting, consolidation, and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the complete sales process: discovery, qualification, product demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiation
- Building trusted relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, FP&A leaders, and operational stakeholders
- Making the most of a strong inbound pipeline while also running targeted outbound activity when required
- Turning customer challenges into compelling value propositions that clearly demonstrate ROI
- Working closely with Marketing and BDR teams to maximise conversion and pipeline quality
- Maintaining accurate forecasting and contributing to revenue planning
- Representing the company at industry events, webinars, partner sessions, and customer meetings
What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years' experience in SaaS sales, within EPM, FP&A, consolidation, reporting, or financial close technology
- Strong understanding of finance processes and the needs of the Office of Finance
- A track record of closing SME or midâmarket deals with senior finance stakeholders
- Skilled in qualification, objection handling, valueâbased selling, and closing
- A selfâstarter who thrives on generating new business and hitting revenue targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a bonus
- Eligibility to work in the UK
