SystemsAccountants is working with a leading organisation in London who are growing their team and looking for an Anaplan Developer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands‐on experience in Anaplan who wants to grow their career in a collaborative, forward‐thinking environment.

The Role

You\’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Anaplan models that support planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. Working closely with finance and business stakeholders, you\’ll translate requirements into practical solutions, ensuring models are accurate, scalable, and user‐friendly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering requirements and understanding finance processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Designing and building Anaplan models, calculations, and data relationships.
• Creating dashboards and reports to visualise KPIs and support decision‐making.
• Implementing data integrations and ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Supporting end‐users with training, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance.
• Managing user access and security configurations.
• Performing regular updates and enhancements to reflect changing business needs.

What We\’re Looking For

• Hands‐on experience building and maintaining Anaplan models, ideally holding a certification in model building.
• Strong understanding of finance processes (planning, reporting, forecasting).
• Ability to design dashboards and reports that are clear and impactful.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting Anaplan users.
• Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working to deadlines during busy reporting periods.

Desirable skills:

• Experience in finance or financial services environments.
• SQL knowledge.
• Accountancy qualifications (ACCA / ACMA – qualified or part‐qualified).
• Familiarity with Agile/Kanban and tools such as Azure DevOps.
