The Opportunity
An established international organisation is looking for a Senior Workday Systems Analyst to support and develop its Workday Financials platform across EMEA.
This is a hands-on functional role combining BAU support, configuration, system optimisation and project delivery. With continued growth through acquisitions and a range of strategic finance systems initiatives, you'll play a key role in integrating new entities, enhancing existing functionality and ensuring Workday continues to evolve with the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage functional support, troubleshooting, configuration and enhancements across Workday Financials (tier 2/3)
- Partner with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective system solutions.
- Support the integration of newly acquired entities into Workday, including process alignment and system setup.
- Contribute to EMEA e-invoicing initiatives and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to optimise functionality, improve processes and maximise the value of Workday releases.
- Support finance systems projects, system governance, security roles, access management and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external implementation partners to deliver system improvements.
Experience Required
- Strong hands-on Workday experience in a Systems Analyst, Product Owner or similar functional role working across Core Financials modules, PSA, Expenses, Projects, Supply Chain Management
- Practical configuration experience across Workday Financials, with the ability to manage changes and enhancements independently
- Experience working with finance stakeholders in a complex, multi-entity environment
- Exposure to acquisitions, entity integrations or finance transformation projects
- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
