Joining us as a Business Development Manager will see you taking SMI Interconnect’s specialist manufacturer expertise to a broad range of industries seeking high-quality, cost-effective interconnect solutions.SMI Interconnect is a UK-based manufacturer of high-quality wiring looms, cable harnesses and electrical assemblies.We deliver reliable interconnect solutions across a range of industries, from industrial systems to higher-reliability environments.
What you will be doing:
- You will develop and grow relationships with customers, demonstrating our ability to adapt to different technical requirements.
- You’ll be alert to the development of new markets and customer opportunities
- You will participate in the development and determination of strategy for each market sector.
What we are looking for:
- You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in seeking opportunities and delivering client focused solutions.
- You thrive in an environment where you can use your superb interpersonal skills to proactively seek opportunities to deliver client focused solutions.
- Ideally you will be experienced working in sectors that utilise cable wiring solutions, but if you have the ability to generate sales within a technical and engineering environment, and are able to build trusted partnerships with our clients - we would love to hear from you.
