We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist - Recruitment to join our growing team in London and support recruitment across Germany, the wider European region and UK & Ireland (UKI).
This is an onshore, hands-on recruitment role focused on identifying, engaging and hiring high-quality technology, consulting and business professionals. The successful candidate must have C1-level German language proficiency and be confident recruiting for the German market as well as supporting hiring across UKI.
You will work closely with hiring managers, technical leaders and business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop targeted sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines and deliver high-quality hires across a range of technical, functional and commercial positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology, consulting, delivery and business positions across Germany, Europe and UKI.
- Partner directly with hiring managers, technical leaders and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for both the German and UK talent markets.
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, direct sourcing and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Recruit across areas including:
- Microsoft Business Applications, particularly Dynamics 365 ERP and Customer Engagement (CE)functional roles
- Sales, Account Management and other commercial positions
- Programme and Project Management
- Delivery Governance
- Business Analysis
- Digital Consulting and Transformation roles
- Other technology and functional positions
- Screen candidates against technical, functional and behavioural requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and provide structured candidate assessments and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Develop a strong understanding of relevant technologies, technical skills, candidate markets and hiring trends.
- Manage candidate engagement and communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, stakeholder feedback, selection and offer processes.
- Support salary and offer negotiations and help drive candidates successfully through to joining.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reporting on pipelines, vacancy status, recruitment activity and KPIs.
- Proactively identify new sourcing channels, talent pools and recruitment approaches to improve hiring outcomes.
- Build knowledge of the German and UK technology talent markets, including candidate availability, compensation trends and competitor hiring activity.
Requirements
- C1-level German language proficiency is mandatory. Candidates must be able to confidently communicate with German-speaking candidates and stakeholders in a professional recruitment environment.

- 2+ years of experience in IT, technology or technical recruitment.
- Previous recruitment experience within Germany and/or the UK/London market is required, with a strong understanding of at least one of these talent markets.
- Experience recruiting technology, consulting, functional or commercial professionals within an IT services, technology, consulting or similar environment is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of common technology roles, skills and technical terminology.
- Strong hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Demonstrated experience in direct sourcing, headhunting and talent pipeline development.
- Strong candidate engagement and negotiation skills.
- Experience working directly with hiring managers, business leaders and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and translate business requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred.
- Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the UK.
Important - German Language & Right to Work
C1-level German language proficiency is a mandatory requirement for this position. The role will actively support recruitment in Germany and across the European region, alongside recruitment requirements within UKI.
Candidates should therefore have relevant recruitment experience in Germany and/or the UK and be comfortable sourcing, interviewing and engaging candidates across both markets.
