Supply Chain Coordinator – Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or commercial office environment (manufacturing preferred)
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience beneficial
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Enthusiastic, energetic, and eager to learn
5. Solution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
7. A proactive, team-oriented approach

Supply Chain Coordinator – Responsibilities

1. Sales Distribution: Manage customer orders, confirmations, invoices, deliveries, and returns.
2. Material Management: Oversee material requirements, purchase orders, and supplier contracts.
3. Production Planning & Control: Process production orders and conduct MRP runs.
4. Logistics Execution: Coordinate freight bookings, container management, and freight documentation.
5. Master Data Management: Maintain storage locations, lead-times, master recipes, and Bill of Materials.
6. Build strong relationships with customers and service providers, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
