Our client is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager with expertise in Cross Border ecommerce packet and parcel solutions. They are a leading entity in the UK and International Distribution Market, renowned for their industry reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop relationships with top Packet / Parcel / Mail, E-commerce, and international customers.
  • Build and sustain long-term customer relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, field teams, and Operations.
  • Manage customer tariffs and respond promptly to quotation requests to secure business.

Requirements

  • Solid background in International / Cross Border Express Parcels, Fulfilment, e-commerce, re-seller, or 3PL Logistics.
  • Proven success in Account Management within ecommerce or logistics distribution.
  • Focused, reliable, and diligent with a strong emphasis on relationship building.
  • Self-motivated with enthusiasm and a unique approach.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent service.
