- Proven experience in a SaaS-style SDR, BDR, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting role
- Strong B2B outbound prospecting background
- Experience qualifying leads and booking meetings for a closing team
- Comfortable working to activity and conversion metrics
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English

Sales Development Specialist – Responsibilities

- Book high-quality appointments for the Business Development team

- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
