We are looking for Industrial Refrigeration Engineers to work on properties across the South East of the UK, as part of a team for an established Industrial Refrigeration, Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installation company. The role is mobile and will be performing planned and reactive service, attending breakdowns, fault-finding and maintenance works on a variety of large industrial food distribution and processing plants.
Responsibilities
- Service, repair, maintenance and commissioning on Industrial & Ammonia Refrigeration units including multi‑compressor packages, food factory process cooling and blast cooling systems, as well as F-Gas equipment.
- Work from home autonomously, occasionally in pairs for larger jobs, covering a territory in the South East.
- Undertake work for customers within industries & applications such as Food & Beverages, Production and Pharmaceutical.
- Be on-call 1 week in 7 on a reactive/call-out basis (including weekends) with majority of work planned in advance.
Requirements
- Experience in industrial commercial properties and hold both F-Gas qualification and Ammonia qualifications.
- Hands-on servicing experience within Industrial or Ammonia Refrigeration; relevant experience in Chiller & Compressor systems or heavy commercial is acceptable.
- Experience in commissioning, maintenance and servicing of Industrial refrigeration and/or Compressor systems.
- Experience with controls and integration.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
