b Overview /b p As Programme Risk Manager, you will lead risk governance across SEA programmes, projects and bids to identify, assess, and mitigate threats while maximizing opportunities. You will support delivery teams with qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, updating risk registers and providing decision-ready reporting to senior stakeholders. This role blends risk management with governance and bid support, enabling safer, more reliable delivery in a high-assurance environment. You will collaborate across sites with flexible, hybrid working arrangements and contribute to protecting critical assets and operations. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Hybrid/flexible working /li li 25 days’ annual leave, plus buy and sell /li li Up to 16 days flexi leave accrual /li li Private medical health insurance /li li Employee Assistance Program /li li Group Pension Plan with up to 8% employer contribution /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Establish and maintain risk governance, including risk reviews, workshops, escalation routes and risk reporting /li li Maintain high-quality risk, opportunity, assumption, issue and dependency information aligned with objectives, cost, schedule and commitments /li li Support qualitative and quantitative risk analysis to improve delivery confidence and contingency planning /li li Produce decision-ready risk reporting for senior stakeholders /li li Contribute to risk escalation and governance reviews across programmes /li li Support bids and live delivery with risk inputs to estimates and schedules /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Relevant P3M, project controls or risk management qualification; formal APM accreditation (PMQ, MoR or equivalent) desirable; candidates toward accreditation considered /li li Significant experience managing risk in complex defence/engineering programmes or similar high-assurance environments /li li Experience facilitating risk workshops and maintaining RAIDO/risk registers /li li Knowledge of integrated project controls and how risk, schedule, cost, changes, assumptions and dependencies interact across the lifecycle /li li Experience supporting bids and live delivery with risk inputs to estimates, governance reviews and reporting /li li Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project/risk management tools; familiarity with Microsoft Project, Power BI, ARM, @Risk, PRA, Safran or equivalents advantageous /li /ul ul li Stakeholder communication and reportability to senior leadership /li li Facilitation and cross-functional collaboration /li li Analytical thinking and problem solving /li li RAIDO/risk registers /li li Integrated project controls /li li MS Excel /li /ul
