You will take responsibility for the technical leadership during the design and development and support of our products, taking the lead in part of a multi-disciplined team. This role allows for flexible working with a weekly visit to Barnstaple being required. The salary for this role is up to 80k, depending on experience.

The skills you need:
- Degree in relevant engineering discipline
- Extensive Systems Engineering Knowledge and experience of working within the Engineering Lifecycle and engineering / technical leadership
- DOORS and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
- Defence or Aerospace experience would be highly desirable
