You will need to be a highly organised and methodical individual who has excellent interpersonal skills. Able to plan and manage their own workload in line with business priorities. An excellent problem solver with an eye for detail who can also think outside of the box and provide effective recommendations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead on the implementation of Engineering Changes on the shop floor.
  • Generating and maintaining standard operating instructions.
  • Production line layouts and balancing.
  • Material handling, storage and continuous flow/pull.

  • Experience introducing new electronics products into manufacture/test environments.
  • Automated testing of electronic components and equipment/process design.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Top 3 desirable skills:
  • Introducing manufacturing documentation and creation of standard operating procedures / Test Specifications.
  • Working in a similar role autonomously, self-manage workload and drive.
