The PCB Layout Engineer will be based at one of our sites and the role allows for flexible working arrangements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design and develop PCB layouts for diverse SEA products, translating schematics into optimized designs that meet technical specifications and IPC standards.
  • Generate complete manufacturing data packs, including Gerber files and drawings, ensuring accuracy and readiness for fabrication and assembly.
  • Create, maintain, and administer ECAD (Altium) libraries of schematic symbols, footprints, and 3D models.
  • Independently manage component libraries, establish processes and standards, and document workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy across all PCB design projects.
  • Provide user support for ECAD tools and processes, facilitate design reviews and approvals, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uphold quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with business and industry requirements.
