About The Role
SEA is going through an exciting period of expansion, as we continue to deliver cutting edge defence engineering technology to a wide range of customers. Right now we are looking for dedicated, dependable people to join our production teams as we grow our facility and increase activity on some varied and interesting projects. Assembly Technician will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role does require being onsite 5 days a week. The salary for this role is up to £28k, depending on experience.
What you'll be doing
- Working in a multi-skilled production team you will be responsible for providing assembly and machining support to Production and Engineering teams.
- Working closely with the Wiring Technicians, Test Technicians and Engineers to make sure our products are delivered to customers on time and with the highest quality standards.
- Training support for company apprentices to gain experience with machine tools, developing the individuals' skills.
