As Production Engineering Manager, you'll be accountable for the leadership of SEA's production engineering team, ensuring that manufacturing processes and equipment are safe, efficient, controlled and capable of delivering on quality, time, and cost.
This role does require being onsite 5 days a week. The salary for this role is up to £70k, depending on experience.
- Leadership of Production Engineering: Responsible for ensuring people, processes and tools are appropriately aligned to our strategic objectives, supporting completion of SEA's product development and project delivery activities championing Safety, Quality, Delivery and cost (SQDC).
- Production Engineering Execution: Ownership of CAPEX budgets and project plans to enhance production layout, capacity and capability.
- Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Champion improvements across all production areas and support root cause investigations.
- People Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and guidance to members of the Production engineering team.
