Taking responsibility for a team of Systems Engineers in the design, development, and support of our products. Leading the team to progress the design, development, design proving, test, commissioning, and in-service support of equipment.
This role allows for flexible working. The salary for this role is up to £80k, depending on experience.
Allocation of team members to projects based on the priorities given by the business whilst supporting and empowering team members to ensure that they can grow and develop.
- 50% Project Delivery: Coordinate and lead the delivery of engineering work packages. Manage the capture, analysis, traceability, configuration and V&V of product requirements. Carry out functional and non-functional system analyses.
