Are you a systems supporter and developer seeking a new fully remote role? If so, we want to hear from you! SystemsAccountants is helping a public sector organisation find a skilled and dedicated system analyst (ERP/Unit 4) who will be responsible for third line support, systems improvement and small development projects within their team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing third line support for Unit4 ERP and its modules.
- Improving ICT systems and applications.
- Leading smaller development projects.
- Acting as the point of escalation for support tickets.
- Testing and analysing new software.
- Contributing to the team’s wider projects.
Required Experience:
- Extensive experience supporting Unit4 ERP and its modules in a third line capacity.
- Experience supporting payment solutions software and integration to finance systems, ideally with Civica.
- Experience extracting data to produce reports.
Essential Qualifications:
- ITIL qualification or equivalent experience.
- Relevant professional certification (AAT, CIMA, CCAB) or equivalent experience as a user, administrator and developer of systems in a finance environment.
