Our client is an established business based in central London. They’re looking for an experienced Senior HCM Analyst with Workday HCM experience to support and enhance a recently implemented Workday platform. You’ll play a key role in optimising core HR processes, driving systems adoption, and delivering continuous improvement.
Role Scope:
- Configure, maintain and enhance Workday (HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance)
- Support BAU operations and Workday bi‑annual releases (testing, deployment, improvements)
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders
- Resolve system issues, manage enhancements, and ensure data quality and security
- Create documentation, user guides, and support materials
Requirements:
- Must have 5+ years’ hands‑on Workday configuration and systems administration experience
- Strong HCM expertise (Recruiting, Talent/Performance are essential)
- Experience with reporting, security, and release management
- Ability to streamline HR processes and improve user experience
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to have:
- Absence, Learning, Advanced Comp or Benefits & Workday Journeys (highly beneficial)
