Power BI Administrator
£32,000 per annum | Full-time | Office-based (Crewe area)
SystemsAccountants are working with a global organisation seeking a Power BI Administrator to join their growing IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about data, systems, and business improvement to take ownership of Power BI reporting, IT systems support, and process optimisation.
The role is fully office-based (5 days per week) and offers the chance to work closely with an experienced IT leadership team while supporting a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new starter, leaver, and change processes for IT accessibility and user profiles.
- Investigate software issues and work collaboratively with internal teams and software suppliers to resolve them quickly.
- Test, maintain, and support existing and new software to ensure systems are efficient and fit for purpose.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing new system enhancements and customisations.
- Support IT projects aimed at improving business systems and processes.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards in Power BI to provide insight and visibility across the business.
- Provide end-user training and support on developed Power BI dashboards.
- Assist the IT Manager and Applications Manager in maintaining and optimising internal IT systems.
- Build strong relationships with internal employees and external software partners.
- Uphold company values and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing IT function.
About You
- Proven experience working with Power BI (report building, dashboard creation, data modelling).
- Background in IT systems support, data, or applications administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively across teams.
