Role Purpose

We have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Analytics (TM1) Developer to join our clients Finance Systems Team. This role involves delivering and maintaining Planning Analytics solutions in collaboration with a dedicated development team.

The successful candidate will leverage Planning Analytics expertise to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and maintain IBM Planning Analytics solutions.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and apply best practices.
• Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Planning Analytics.
• Work closely with the Finance team to gather requirements and recommend solutions that support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and group consolidation processes.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in building and maintaining Planning Analytics/TM1 solutions.
• Strong understanding of Planning Analytics architecture.
• Expertise in TM1Web, Workspace, and development components such as cubes, dimensions, TI processes, rules, active forms, and workflows.
• Knowledge of financial planning functions and related processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
