Role Title: Coupa Product Owner

Salary: £70,000

Location: Milton Keynes/Peterborough | Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)

Contract Type: Permanent

SystemsAccountants are working with a client at the forefront of the automotive industry, who are looking for an experienced Coupa Product Owner to join their team. The role will require you to act as the functional owner of the Coupa P2P solution, while working collaboratively with other parts of the business to enhance automation, efficiency, and user experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction of Coupa across modules including S2P, SIM, and Expenses.
• Leads continuous improvement of product utilisation and optimisation.
• Supports day to day management of Coupa (e.g. Delegations, integration failures).
• Acts as the bridge between business users and technical teams for Coupa configuration and support.
• Leads Coupa process configuration decisions in alignment with business needs and best practice.

Role Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience working with Coupa.
• Proven experience in S2P, P2P, or Procurement Transformation roles.
• Hands‑on experience configuring Coupa modules.
• Experience with ERP integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker who can manage long‑term solutions while handling daily operations.
